Currency Hedging

A foreign exchange hedge (also called a FOREX hedge) is a method used by companies to eliminate (hedge) their foreign exchange risk resulting from transactions in foreign currencies.

Commodity Hedging

Businesses that are exposed to commodity price swings use hedging to ensure predictability of revenue or/and costs. A typical example would be to mitigate against negative price movements of crude oil.

Agricultural Hedging

Producers of agricultural commodities can hedge themselves against negative price movements if they need to purchase or sell a particular commodity in the future.
